Your first subscription shipment is eligible for our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

Subsequent subscription renewals are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee, except where required by applicable law or otherwise specified in our policies.
